Some Puget Sound Bird Fest activities require a fee and/ or advanced registration through the City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation Department. Registration can take place in person at the Frances Anderson Center, by phone (425-771-0230), or via the RecZone website at starting August 1. Please note that registration for the KEYNOTE event occurs through Eventbrite

If this is the first class you've registered for under the Parks and Recreation's new registration system, you will first need to create a new customer account.

New accounts can be created using the following steps:

1. Visit (it will automatically redirect you to new site)
2. Select Create an Account
3. Complete Name and Address information >> Next
4. Complete Contact Information >> Next
    - List a home, work & cell phone number (the numbers can all be the same)
    - Select cell phone provider if you would like text message notifications
5. Complete Personal Information >> Next
    - Please keep Customer Type as General Public
6. Complete Emergency Contact >> Next
7. Complete Account Information
    - Email will auto fill, create and confirm password
8. Select Create Account if you are done or Add Family Member
    - If adding household members, follow each step as before
    - Include the head of household’s email address for each child/dependent
    - Select Create an Account once you have added each family member
